Olivia Bryant is the Vice President of People & Culture known for building high-performing organizations during moments of extreme change. With a background spanning tech, finance, non-profit leadership, and hospitality, she brings enterprise-level structure into high-growth, multi-entity environments where clarity is scarce and stakes are high.

She has led People strategy through M&A integrations, rapid scaling, and organizational restructuring – often building the HR function from the ground up. Olivia transforms HR into a strategic, data-driven operating system that elevates culture, accountability, and business outcomes. She leads with a COO mindset, blending people-first leadership with operational discipline to drive execution and results.

Olivia holds an MBA from Pepperdine University, further strengthening her ability to align People strategy with financial performance and organizational effectiveness.

Outside of work, Olivia is often found in the kitchen cooking for the people she loves or outside exploring nature. At home, she works toward thriving in life with her teenage boys, nurturing foster dogs into adoption, and mixed success in keeping her sourdough starter alive.
