Alistair Levine, CEO of Vine Hospitality, grew up in the restaurant industry and made his first restaurant investment at age 7. Passionate about food, he believes it’s key to understanding cultures, from street food to Michelin-starred dining. As a  skilled home cook, he enjoys creating and sharing meals and wine with his wife and friends.

Alistair’s entrepreneurial drive emerged early, starting with a successful lemonade stand at 7 and later a DJ business in high school. He spent over a decade in luxury audio, where he expanded into new markets in Asia and launched a Luxury Yachting division, driving significant sales growth globally. In 2020, he returned to hospitality, leading Vine Solutions before merging with KitchenSync in 2021 to support 500+ restaurants with back-office services.

Following the untimely passing of his father, Ed Levine, founder of Vine Dining Enterprises and Vine Solutions, Alistair stepped into leadership roles on the board in both companies, gaining a unique advantage from both business owner and consumer in the industry. Today, his focus is on creating exceptional guest experiences, growth for employees, and strong returns for investors while growing the Vine Hospitality brands.
